obot is designed so the sensitive part — your models, results and licenses — never has to live in our cloud. We coordinate the work; your environment holds the data.
If you use file shares
Your input and result files never leave your network. obot stores only the file paths it needs to dispatch a job — the file contents are read on your machine by the agent and streamed to the UI on demand over an encrypted relay. Nothing is copied into obot cloud.
If you upload files
Prefer to upload cases instead of mapping a share? Uploaded files are held only as long as a job needs them, then purged. You set the retention window in the admin panel — from delete-on-completion up to a fixed number of days.
Encrypted in transit
Every connection — UI, API, agent heartbeats and the file relay — runs over TLS. The gRPC file stream is TLS-secured end to end.
OAuth identity, everywhere
Each agent and API client gets its own OAuth identity and short-lived JWT. Credentials are DPAPI-protected on the machine, never shared.
Isolated per-tenant workspaces
